Orders & Shipping
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days for metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad) and 7–10 business days for other areas. Remote locations may take an additional 2–3 days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping charges range from ₹49 to ₹129 depending on your location and order value. We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Yes! We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India through our logistics partner, Delhivery. You can verify if your area is serviceable by entering your PIN code during checkout. International shipping is currently not available.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your Kanvii Fashion account and visiting the “My Orders” section. Additionally, you can track directly on the Delhivery website using your tracking number.
You can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been dispatched yet. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+91 8737920076) or email (admin@kanviifashion.in) with your order number to request the modification.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Certain items like innerwear, swimwear, and customized products are non-returnable. For full details, visit our Return & Refund Policy.
You can initiate a return by logging into your account and going to “My Orders,” selecting the item, and submitting a return request. Alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp (+91 8737920076) or email (admin@kanviifashion.in). Our team will arrange a free pickup from your address via Delhivery.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer within 10–14 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank.
Yes! We offer size and color exchanges subject to stock availability. You can request an exchange within the 7-day return window. The replacement will be shipped once the original item is picked up. If the desired size or color is unavailable, a full refund will be processed. No additional shipping charges apply for exchanges.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for most serviceable PIN codes across India. An additional ₹29 COD handling charge applies per order. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery PIN code.
Absolutely! All online payments are processed through Razorpay, India’s leading payment gateway, which is PCI-DSS compliant and uses SSL encryption to protect your financial data. We do not store any of your credit/debit card information on our servers. Your payment details are always safe and secure.

Yes, 100% genuine and original. All products sold on Kanvii Fashion are sourced from trusted manufacturers and undergo quality checks before listing. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. If you ever receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us for an immediate resolution.
Each product page includes a detailed Size Chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with the size chart before ordering. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend going one size up for a comfortable fit. Need help? Contact our support team for personalized sizing advice.
Currently, Kanvii Fashion is an online-only store. We operate exclusively through our website kanviifashion.in. This allows us to keep our prices affordable by saving on retail overhead costs. We plan to open physical stores in the future — stay tuned for updates!

Creating an account is quick and easy! Click on the user icon in the header and select “Register”. Fill in your name, email address, phone number, and create a password. Once registered, you can manage orders, save addresses, track shipments, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
If you have forgotten your password, go to the Login page and click on the “Forgot Password?” link. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. The reset link is valid for 1 hour.
