Everything you need to know about our delivery process

FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹999. Standard delivery charges range from ₹49 to ₹129 based on your location and order value.

1. Shipping Partner

We have partnered with Delhivery, one of India’s leading logistics companies, to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery of your orders. Delhivery’s extensive network allows us to reach customers across the country.

2. Delivery Charges

Our shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and order value:

  • Orders above ₹999: FREE Shipping (all India)
  • Orders below ₹999: ₹49 to ₹129 depending on location and order value
  • Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment

3. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. You can check if your area is serviceable by entering your PIN code during checkout. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we recommend trying an alternate delivery address.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Prepaid orders are processed immediately after payment verification
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed after order confirmation
  • Processing does not include Sundays and national holidays

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 5–7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 7–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: May take an additional 2–3 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order:

  • Through the Order Tracking section in your Kanvii Fashion account
  • Using the tracking link sent to your registered email/phone
  • Directly on the Delhivery website using your tracking number

7. Undelivered Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • The courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse
  • For prepaid orders, a full refund will be initiated upon receiving the returned package
  • For COD orders, no charges will apply
  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct to avoid delivery issues

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items) with photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
  • For lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and resolve the issue within 7–10 business days

9. International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available. We are working on expanding our shipping services internationally and will update this policy accordingly. Stay tuned for updates!
