Easy returns, hassle-free refunds
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the return request is initiated within this period.
2. Eligible Items for Return
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item should be in the same condition as received
- Items purchased during a sale or promotion are eligible for return unless stated otherwise
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Innerwear and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Swimwear and lingerie
- Customized or personalized items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
4. How to Initiate a Return
You can initiate a return through any of the following methods:
Log In
Sign in to your Kanvii Fashion account and go to “My Orders”
Select Order
Choose the order and select the item(s) you want to return
Choose Reason
Select the reason for return and submit your request
Free Pickup
Delhivery will schedule a free pickup from your address

5. Return Shipping
Free pickup is provided by our shipping partner, Delhivery. You do not need to pay any return shipping charges. Our logistics team will arrange a convenient pickup from your address.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- You will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your refund
- If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
7. Refund Methods
- Online Payments (UPI, Card, Net Banking): Refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Razorpay Payments: Refund processed through Razorpay to the original payment source
- Store Credit: Optionally, you can choose to receive the refund as Kanvii Fashion store credit for faster processing
8. COD Refund
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You will be required to provide your bank account details. COD refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after the returned item is received.
9. Exchange Policy
We offer size and color exchanges subject to stock availability:
- Exchanges can be initiated within the 7-day return window
- The replacement item will be shipped once the original item is picked up
- If the desired size or color is not available, a full refund will be processed
- No additional shipping charges for exchanges
10. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photographs of the damaged/defective item and packaging
- We will arrange an immediate replacement at no additional cost
- If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued
